Projects – Commercial/Manufacturing/ Process/Waste to Energy

McCauls have provided services to a number of major manufacturing and process facilities over the last 25 years amounting in value to €600m.

These services have ranged from full quantity surveying services including Building; Mechanical and Process; Ventilation; Electrical; to providing on going support to Clients directly during the pre and post contract period.

In 2009 McCauls prepared and Project Managed a bid for a European Multinational Waste to Energy Company on a €120m project in Ireland.

In 2008 McCauls Project Managed the bid for a PPP project in Monaghan Town Centre valued at €25m.  This project is under construction.

McCauls have completed a range of Hotels from 3 Star to 5 Star standard.  Since 1985 we have completed 11 Hotels, many inclusive of Pools and Leisure Centers.
